This is just so exciting! I feel like this is going much faster than I expected, if I’ve already said that, sorry. I highly recommend my contractor, if there is an interest. There have been no snags yet. Speaking of interest (the state of wanting to know or learn about something or someone), there are so many things I would love to learn about but do not have the time and fall always brings those feelings back to me; it’s the time to create cool and fun things for the holidays.
Anyway, a little more information about this house, it was built in 1923, it is a bungalow, craftsman style home. It has original pocket windows in the bedrooms, it had built-ins in the living room and dining room, which no longer are there, makes me sad, they were beautiful, we are hoping to recreate them in the near future. So, now for the photos (thanks for putting up with my random thoughts).
The receding lights are in!
Look at the molding around the windows…love! This is the Living Room.
Looking in from the Kitchen. This is going to be an amazing little house when it’s done, I can’t wait, this truly has been a labor of love.
Have to include my baby boy (grandson), he’s just so precious!
A little inspiration 🙂
Have a great day!
